There is confirmation by the ministry of health, that St. Lucia’s nurses are leaving for greener pastures overseas. On Monday HTS News4orce received reports, that the situation at the Victoria Hospital is critical. The Intensive Care Unit and maternity wards are badly affected.The ministry of health is confident that the system can cope.
