Former Prime Minister Dr. Kenny Anthony and Tourism Minister Dominic Fedee took turns throwing jabs each other during today's House of Assembly sitting. The motion being debated sought approval for government to borrow US $7, 945,000, to finance the Millennium Highway and West Coast Highway. During his contribution to the debate, Fedee also spoke on the current drought situation facing the country. The minister indicated that had the former administration fixed existing problems, Saint Lucians would have been better able to cope with the present situation. He questioned why the government should listen to the opposition.
