Le Chaudiere Restaurant & Bar brings to you the true flavours & aroma of fine creole cuisine. Utilising freshly produced local herbs & spices, it's impossible for your senses to not tingle and stir up an apetite as you approach our entrance.

Le Chaudiere Restaurant & Bar is situated in the scenic town of Soufriere. As our name suggests we utilise locally produced coal pots for our food preparation.

Surely, you cannot visit and not request our signature dish called "Pepperpot." This consist of several meats including, Turkey, Salted Tail, Beef amongst others, with each meat cooked at stages in a Guyanese based sauce called Cassrip. The blend of onions, peppers and other local seasoning & spice adds the real creole flavour and aroma to this dish.

Opening hours are from 8:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. However reservations are being taken for evenings, with closing time at 11:00p.m.

We also cater for groups wheher it be locals & internationals, and offer various attractive packages for Buffet meals.
